How did we get here…?
Our company was founded on May 7, 1988 by Barry Rabinovitz (President/Managing Owner/Team Leader) and partner, Sylvia Roffo. We started out as a small, independently owned full service agency, dedicated to providing superior one on one customer service. 6 years later, a large, national real estate company proceeded to “court” us. We accepted their offer to become an independently owned and operated franchise- -Sylvia Roffo/Better Homes and Gardens.
In 2000, General Motors, decided to get into the real estate business and developed their own real estate division, which included purchasing the entire Better Homes and Gardens franchise nationwide.
During this time, Barry became sole owner and decided the new name for his company should reflect the values he’s embraced from the very beginning--providing exemplary service to every customer with every real estate transaction involving the charming and “classy” properties on the South Shore.
